The following privacy statement applies to consumers who interact with Propensity Media's email messaging or web site environments. These policies only apply to Propensity Media and the campaign initiatives performed for its clients. This does not cover the specific privacy policies of our individual clients and their businesses.

We only endorse permission-based email campaigns

Propensity Media adamantly opposes unsolicited email and will not support or endorse any initiative that does not use a permission-based (opt-in) definition for email collection. Put simply, we will only send email to those recipients who have asked to receive email and our messaging platform tool will always give an option to unsubscribe. We collect information only for tracking and reporting purposes When an email recipient interacts with a message via a Propensity Media server we gather non-personally-identifiable code-numbers or campaign codes. We only use this information in aggregate to build and better tailor future marketing campaigns. In some cases, a recipient or user will explicitly give us information about themselves (such as an email address, a phone number, a favorite restaurant location, etc.) and we will guard that information. Personally identifiable information is used to:
  • alert recipients to special deals or information that fits their profiles
  • help provide better-targeted content to the recipient
